Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all services, sections, and operations of mk11. Where these terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. mk11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Terms & Conditions
To open an account on mk11, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted to create one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.
Password & Account Protection
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify the mk11 support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. mk11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Guidelines
All users must adhere to the following rules while using the mk11 platform. These rules are in place to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and a safe experience for everyone.
- Fraudulent activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the platform.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting or using another user's personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transaction is strictly prohibited.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users or mk11 staff is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Use

- Conduct transactions on your own account through legitimate means only
- Communicate honestly with the support team
- Operate within the designated betting limits

Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on mk11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. A minimum deposit amount applies for each transaction, which you can view by logging into the platform.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. Every withdrawal request is reviewed by the mk11 security team.
Important Transaction Information
Confirmed betting transactions cannot be cancelled. Deposited funds are intended solely for betting and gaming activities on the platform. mk11 may request additional verification documents for any transaction deemed suspicious.
Any disputes or complaints regarding a transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Mk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the circumstances listed below. mk11's decision in exercising this right shall be considered final.

In the event of account closure, the refund of any remaining balance is at mk11's discretion and will depend on the severity of the violation. You may also request to close your own account at any time.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the mk11 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of mk11. Copying, redistributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
Mk11 will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. mk11 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. All betting and gaming decisions are made solely at the user's own discretion.
Third-Party Links
The mk11 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. mk11 is not responsible for the content or policies of any site accessed through these links. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law, Right to Amend & Contact
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
Mk11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued access to or use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes where possible.
